I was born in Dresden in 1972, grew up and went to school here. Until my school exam I experienced the time of the GDR and was one of the first who was lucky enough not to have to join the army because of the Wall breakdown.

During my substitute civil service I studied Dutch as a minor subject at the University of Leipzig and I obtained my language proficiency certificate and the diploma „Dutch as a foreign language“ at the Dutch Language Union in Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).

After that I studied at the Technical University of Dresden and I work full-time as a graduate engineer in the IT sector today.

1995 I received my license as a tour guide in Dresden and since then I accompany especially Dutch, Flemish and English guests during their visits to Dresden.
